About Us
Interlude Ltd is a UK-based retailer specialising in collectible toys and figures, both new and vintage. We aim to bring you the best selection while ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
Who Can Shop With Us
To place an order, you must be at least 16 years old. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Order Fulfilment & Delivery
At Interlude, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible.
- Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming we've received it. Please note that in rare cases, availability or fulfilment cannot always be guaranteed.
- Shipping Days: We ship orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the next working day.
- Delivery Service: All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 at a flat rate of £3.95. Delivery typically takes 2-3 working days, but please allow up to 7 working days for delays. Orders over £50 qualify for free shipping.
- Packaging: We package your items securely to ensure they arrive safely. We also offer repurposed packaging options at checkout to minimise waste.
- Tracking: You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched. Please note, tracking information may take some time to update after shipping.
- Shipping Limitations: We currently ship to the UK only, with more locations coming soon.
Pre-orders
To secure your item with a pre-order, we offer two deposit options:
- 10% Non-Refundable Deposit: Pay 10% now and the remaining balance when the item is ready to ship. Your price is locked from the moment you place the pre-order, and you won't be charged more if the manufacturer later increases their price.
- 100% Full Deposit: Pay in full upfront to lock in the price and get a 5% discount. You'll also have priority allocation if stock is limited. If you request a cancellation, we will retain 10% of the original price as the non-refundable deposit.
If your order includes in-stock and pre-order items, we may hold the order until everything is ready unless you choose separate shipments. For full details, including payment, shipping, and refund policies, please refer to our Pre-Order Policy.
Prices & Payments
- All prices are in GBP (£) and include any applicable UK taxes.
- We accept major credit and debit cards (via Stripe), as well as Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Clearpay.
- All payments are processed securely by our trusted payment providers, and we do not store your card details.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, here's how it works:
- Cancellation Requests: Please contact us at team@interludeshop.co.uk as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
- Cancellation Fee: A 5% cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations over £150. This fee covers administrative costs and any transaction fees incurred, including Stripe fees.
- Refund Process: Once the cancellation is confirmed, we will process your refund, minus the cancellation fee, within 5 working days. Refunds may take an additional 2-4 days depending on your payment provider.
- Pre-Orders: The cancellation terms depend on your deposit type (10% or 100%). Please see our Pre-Order Policy for full details.
Returns
We want you to love your collectibles. If something's not right, here's how we handle returns:
- Return Window: 30 days for unopened items in original condition and packaging.
- What You Can Return: Unopened items in original packaging, or faulty/incorrect items (reported within 48 hours).
- What You Can't Return: Opened mystery items, clearance stock, and vintage/second-hand items.
- Pre-Orders: Return rules depend on your deposit type (10% or 100%).
- How to Return: Email team@interludeshop.co.uk for instructions.
- Shipping Costs: You'll cover return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend tracked, insured delivery.

Customer Responsibilities
To ensure smooth transactions, we ask that you:
- Provide accurate shipping and contact details. We can't be held responsible for orders that go missing due to incorrect information.
- Check your order confirmation and contact us quickly if anything looks incorrect.
- Make timely payments for pre-orders and outstanding balances to avoid order cancellations.
Your Privacy
We collect personal data to process orders, improve the site, and offer services, including marketing (if opted in). We do not store card details - secure third-party providers handle transactions. Cookies and tracking are used for performance and marketing. Your data is stored securely, and you have rights under the UK GDPR to access, correct, or delete it. A note on Vintage & Collectible Items
- Some of our stock includes vintage or second-hand items, which may show signs of age.
- We do our best to describe conditions accurately, but minor imperfections are expected.
- Vintage items are sold as-is and are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
Events Beyond Our Control
Sometimes, things happen that are out of our hands. We aren't responsible for delays or issues caused by events like postal strikes, supplier shortages, extreme weather, or other unexpected disruptions.
