Delivery Information in Full

Packaging

We don't want any delivery damage heartbreak, so we package your orders to limit movement and protect them as best possible in transit. We like to limit waste by reusing packaging from our suppliers and give the option to choose repurposed packaging for your order at checkout - this includes branded boxes, bubble wrap, etc. If chosen, we will prioritise this packaging before using new boxes when packing your order.

When We Ship

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. If you order after 12pm, your order will be shipped the next working day.

Where We Ship To

Currently, we only ship to the UK - keep checking, though, as this may change in the future!

Service & Cost

  • All items are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically delivers within 2 to 3 working days.
  • Shipping is a flat rate of £3.95.
  • Parcels sent with Royal Mail may be left at a post office or delivery office if nobody is available to receive them.

Delivery Notifications

  • You'll receive an order confirmation email when your purchase is placed.
  • A shipping confirmation email will follow once your order has been dispatched. This will include a Royal Mail tracking ID so you can check your parcel's progress.

Tracking

  • We will send you a shipment tracking email when we have dispatched your parcel.
  • Tracking numbers may not become active until the evening when your parcel is sorted by the courier.

Lost Parcels & Delivery Delays

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims for 2–3 day delivery, but please allow up to 7 working days in case of delays before contacting us.
  • If your parcel hasn't arrived within this timeframe, please check your tracking link first, as Royal Mail may have attempted delivery or left it at a collection point.
  • If tracking doesn't update or your parcel appears lost, contact us at team@interludeshop.co.uk, and we'll investigate with Royal Mail. If confirmed lost, we'll offer a replacement or refund.
  • We aim to resolve lost parcel claims as quickly as possible, but Royal Mail may take up to 10 working days to complete their investigation.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is a promotional discount. If returning items lowers your order total below the 'Free when you spend £50' threshold, a shipping cost of £3.95 will be deducted from your refund.
