Interlude Returns Policy

We want you to love your collectibles. Please read our returns policy carefully to understand which items are eligible for returns and how to proceed if a return is needed.

This returns policy applies to our online sales within the UK and does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

TL;DR

  • 30 Days Return: You have 30 days to return eligible items in original condition. Some items, like opened blind boxes or vintage collectibles, are non-returnable.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: We'll sort it out - just let us know within 48 hours.
  • Pre-Orders: Pre-order cancellations and refunds have specific rules depending on your deposit (10% or 100%).
  • Cancelations: Regular orders over £150 cancelled before shipment are subject to a 5% fee.

Returns Policy in Full

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of collectible products, not everything can be returned. Please check below:

Items that can be returned

  • New, sealed items that are unopened and in their original packaging.
  • Faulty or incorrect items (must be reported within 48 hours of receipt).

Items that cannot be returned

  • Vintage and second-hand items are sold as seen and are non-returnable.
  • New items that have been removed from original packaging.
  • We do not accept returns on blind boxes or mystery items once opened.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

How to Return an Item

Contact us at team@interludeshop.co.uk to request a return where we can understand the issue and get the ball rolling. When we offer to accept the return, we'll provide further instructions.

Timings

We offer a 30-day returns window from the day of purchase. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 working days. After we initiate the refund, it may take an additional 2-4 days to process, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect, in which case we will credit your account with the return shipping costs. Goods remain your responsibility until they are received by us, so please ensure they are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service to protect against loss or damage.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If we've made a mistake or your item arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving it. Sending as much detail as possible, including photos, will help us resolve the issue quickly. We'll arrange a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

Cancellations and Refunds

For standard orders, if you wish to cancel before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that for orders over £150, a 5% cancellation fee will apply to cover processing and restocking costs.

If we or the vendor cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Pre-Orders

  • You may cancel a 10% deposit pre-order before shipping; however, your deposit is non-refundable.
  • For 100% deposit pre-orders, you can cancel before shipping, but we will retain 10% as the non-refundable portion.
  • Once shipped, if returned unopened and in original packaging within 30 days, we will provide a refund minus any postage costs.
  • If the item becomes unavailable due to supplier or manufacturing issues, we will refund all deposits and payments for both 10% and 100% pre-orders in full.
  • If the item undergoes significant changes during the pre-order period, we will refund your deposit if you're not satisfied with the updated design.

Discounts and Offers

If you return an item that was part of a promotional discount, any discounts originally applied to your order will be adjusted.

For example:

  • If you return part of a multi-buy deal, the discount will no longer apply, and the refund will reflect the adjusted pricing.
  • If your order qualified for free shipping and a return lowers the total below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Free gifts must also be returned if they were part of the promotion.

Refusing a Delivery

If you choose to decline or have already declined a delivery because you no longer wish to receive the parcel, please be aware that you will be responsible for any costs incurred for the return.

 


Can I Get a Rewind?
